PocketBiz 2012 is a complete mobile platform for the support of all the field employees of every company. It covers fully the needs of the sales department (salesmen, merchandisers, X-Van Sales - PocketBiz Sales), the warehouse management (PocketBiz Warehouse), the field technicians (PocketBiz Field Service), the medical visitors (PocketBiz Pharma) and in general the whole procedure from "receiving to delivery".

The mobile platform of PocketBiz is one of the most successful platform of mobile applications in the Balkan market the last 10 years. With the new version of the platform PocketBiz 2012, another "jump" is realized that brings PocketBiz one more time in front. It is supported, almost, all the different types smartphones. Basic characteristic is the common Finger Friendly Interface, based on the logic of the Tiles that Microsoft brought with Windows Phone, for all the platforms. So, the user enjoys the same experience, no matter what smartphone or mobile terminal he chooses to use. Because of the big changes in the mobile operating systems market (Windows Phone/Mobile, Android, iOS) we decided to "split" the architecture of PocketBiz into three layers: PocketBiz data layer with PocketBiz ERP Connectivity, business logic layer and mobile client. By keeping the same the first two layers, we managed to create a product that is platform indepedent at operating system level but also at form factor (smartphones, tablets, netbooks, industrial terminals) and we give the possibility to the end user to choose the platform that fits better his needs.

PocketBiz 2012 is available either via licenses purchase model or via monthly subscription (Software as a Service – SaaS). Moreover the system implementation can be either Hosted (the Microsoft Azure platform is supported) or On Premise at the company's premises, which takes advantage of the capabilities of Windows Server and SQL Server 2012
